RETURNS & REFUNDS



We are sure you will be pleased with your purchase. For reasons of health, and hygiene safety, we are unable to exchange or refund for products 

once worn or once the packaging has been opened or damaged unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose:

Please note that Goods returned in an unsatisfactory and not in a re-saleable condition may be returned to you at your expense.

Post the item by signed for delivery* to the following address:


Bodybranded Returns c/o Powerplaybrands Ltd, Grape Mill, New Coin St, Royton, Oldham. OL2 6JZ.


The parcel should contain:

1. The item(s) you purchased that you wish to return in their original condition.

2. A copy of your original delivery note, clearly stating which item(s) you are returning and the reasons why you are returning the goods.

Refunds can only be made to the original method and card of purchase.

Once the return is received the goods will be inspected and if suitable for resale or faulty then a refund will be processed. This can take up to 14 days.

If an item is faulty please contact us at support@bodybranded.com and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.

We comply with all your statutory rights under 'The Sale of Goods Act 1979', 'The Consumer Protection Act 1987' and 'The Distance Selling Regulations'


*For your protection, Bodybranded recommend that you use a signed for delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received


RETURN DELIVERY CHARGES

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. When returning unwanted items you will be liable for the cost of posting it back to us. 

We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.


REFUNDS ON YOUR ACCOUNT

We will refund your money as soon as we can, though please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products.


NOTIFICATION OF RECEIPT OF YOUR RETURN

Once your returned order has been processed by our team, we will email to let you know. If you do not receive an email from us within 28 days, 

please contact Customer Service and we will look into this for you.


REFUNDS OF DELIVERY CHARGES

Postage and packaging charge is only refundable for faulty goods, goods not as described or incorrect orders


CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

Under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase

 (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CD's or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). 

In this case, we will provide a full refund, but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost should you already have received them. 

Once we have received the items we will refund you on the payment option you used to purchase the order with.


RETURNING GOODS BOUGHT AS SPECIAL OFFERS

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example ‘buy 2 for £20.00') you will be refunded the full price 

of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.

For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.


STATUTORY RIGHTS

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
